My Review - Saffola Oats (Rolled, delicious and creamy oats)

Today, I will review Saffola Oats which is one of famous brands of Oats in India. Previously, I did a review of Quaker Oats, the first company to introduce Oats in the Indian market in a big way. Before that Oats were not so popular in India and there was no big brand name associated with oats. Thanks to aggressive marketing by Quaker, many Indian started eating them and now oats have become a household thing. After the success of Quaker Oats, we saw the entry of many new brands in the oats market and one of such successful brands in Saffola. We can find plain and ready to cock oats from Saffola. After the Quaker, I have used the Saffola oats the most because of their good quality. Initial oats from Quaker were imported from Australia but now they are manufactured in India only.

Oats has been scientifically and medically proven by doctors and scientists best fit for our consumption. It is found that the good bacteria in our intestine like the Oats very much and their numbers increase many times when we regularly use Oats in our meal. All these benefits make oats a perfect meal for all of us and we should add oats to our diet. The good point about oats is that they are very easy to cook and we can cook them in a few minutes only. Eating Oats is also recommended by the Heart health organisation because of the high content of soluble fibre in oats it is very good for the better health of the heart. Also, Oats are free from cholesterol thus becoming an ideal meal for heart patients.

Oats are also a good source of protein and other essential nutrients this adding them into our diet is very good for our health. When you decide to add oats to your health then the next thing is to buy the oats of good brands like Quaker or Saffola because they are made from good quality ingredients and they are easy to cook too. I have used the Saffola oats many times and found them to be at par with Quaker Oats. The good thing about the Quaker is you get a free 400 g pack of Saffola oats with a 1 Kg pack of Saffola oats. This is one of my main reasons to buy Saffola oats.

I am very much satisfied with Saffola Oats and I will give it 9 out of 10 for painting a good product.
